URI: The Surgical Strike | 2019 Movie | Trailer Review

Hello folks! You are just in the right place if you have ever enjoyed the movies like Border and Raazi. We have some good news for you. There is this amazing movie awaiting you in 2019. It is all set to release on the 11th of January. Yes, we are talking about the movie URI: The Surgical Strike.

The trailer is out now and we must say that it is indeed very impressive. Having Vicky Kaushal, Yami Gautam and Paresh Rawal in the lead roles, this movie is based on the surgical strikes conducted by the Indian Army in 2016 against the attacks by Pakistan.

The movie seems to have all that it would require to be a box-office hit- a convincing star-cast, Shashwat Sachdev’s lively background score, powerful dialogue delivery and most importantly, realistic picturesque. Directed by Aditya Dhar and produced by Ronny Screwvala, this movie seems to be a promising military action drama.

Vicky Kaushal has done a similar role in the movie Raazi and has done absolute justice to it. He seems to be the apt choice for the role of the Army officer Vihaan Singh Shergill in URI. Meanwhile on the other hand, Yami seems to carry herself with amazing confidence. Be it the dialogue delivery, body language or the looks, everything seems so perfect.

‘The deadliest attack in two decades’ is what captures our interest and makes the movie seemingly promising. Hope that this movie keeps up the promise as this is one of the early releases in the upcoming year. Let us wait a little more for the action-packed January. Meanwhile, happy waiting to all of you out there who are just awaiting URI’s release.
