Happy Father’s Day, “The only superman I know is my Dad” “Some superheroes don’t have capes, they are called Dad!” Here are a few life lessons from Father’s across the world,
1. Don’t be afraid of hard times
“Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering.” – Yoda
Fear of failure impairs the chances of success. It is this fear that prevents us from experimenting and taking risk in life.
Take risks and don’t be afraid of things which haven’t happened yet.
2. Learn from failures
“Strike me down and I will become more powerful than you can possibly imagine.” –Obi Wan Kenobi
Till the time you let your failures overpower you, don’t expect success to come your way. Learn from your mistakes to strike the zenith of success.
3. Never judge a book by its cover
“Judge me by my size, do you?” “Size matters not.”- Yoda
Never judge a person by his or her demeanor. You never know what big resides in a small package.
Yoda might be the smallest Jedi in the entire series but he is the one who is responsible for biggest changes possible.
He turns out to be the most powerful character in the entire saga.
4. Stay around positive people
“I find your lack of faith disturbing”- Darth Vader
You can never grow around people who are constantly looking to pull you down. Instead, stay around those who carry a positive attitude towards life.
Stay in contact with those who believe you and give you respect.
5. Don’t get swayed by revenge
“Once you start down the dark path, forever will it dominate your destiny”- Yoda
Instead of wasting your energy on how to pull down others, invest energy in becoming a better person. Greed, and bad deeds will ultimately destroy you.
6. Learn to forgive
“Let go off your hate.”- Luke Skywalker
Hatred and regrets get us nowhere. The person for whom you might be holding grudges is clueless about your suffering.
Free yourself from the negativity building inside you by forgiving the person you hate the most.
7. Stay focused
“Your focus determines your reality.” – Qui Gon Jinn
Once you decide to take a path, don’t be afraid to walk on it. Confusion will lead you nowhere

We can’t get enough of it. We long to have a relationship with a powerful being that is able to save the helpless people in the world, like God isn’t it?

This parable is told of a farmer who owned an old mule. The mule fell into the farmer’s well. The farmer heard the mule praying for help. After carefully assessing the situation, the farmer sympathized with the mule, but decided that neither the mule nor the well was worth the trouble of saving. Instead, he called his neighbors together, told them what had happened, and enlisted them to help haul dirt to bury the old mule in the well and put him out of his…
